Q. Where can I view an online version of the licensing Terms?

You can download a copy of the license terms here.

Q. If I have 5 administrators in 3 sites that manage 1,000 workstations, how many licenses do I need to purchase?

You only need to purchase as many licenses as you have administrators.  VNCScan does not charge a per-computer fee for managed workstations.  In this example, you would need to obtain only 5 licenses to manage your entire network.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

Through Regsoft, we can accept online credit card, PayPal, Fax Orders, Phone Orders, and PO’s.  You can choose your country’s currency on the order form if you are paying by credit card.

Q. How do we submit a PO order to you?

Q. How soon do we get our registration codes?

If you order during Eastern Standard Time business hours, your unlock code(s) will typically be emailed to you within 60 minutes.

If you order after normal business hours, you will see this email no later than 12 hours after your order has been completed.

Please note that our vendors and resellers do not consider the order to be completed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Q. I completed the order more than 24 hours ago and have not received our registration codes.

Please whitelist *@vncscan.com to ensure that your registration emails can make it through your junk mail filters.

This happens if you have a junk email filter that is blocking our emails.  If this happens to you, first check the quarantine for your junk email product to see if it is there.
