Some of them are on VPN, some are behind DSL routers, some are local.<br><br>I am testing VENM on 3 local machines and when I try to use the wizard to change password (using change standard vnc password) I always get username or password wrong. I know for a fact that they are correct. When I try to do it using "Current Credentials" it gives me the same problem. If I delete the %HOST% (we do not use domains) it simply hangs at authenticating. I am using version 2008.4.4.213.<br><br>I have also tried creating the reg file and when I run that file on another machine, even manually, it does not change the password.<br><br>I am using UltraVNC version 1.0.2 on all my machines. <br><br>What am I doing wrong?<br><br>Example:<br><br>HOSTNAME:Authenticating<br>HOSTNAME:Writing reg file<br>HOSTNAME:Failure writing to the computer = Login failure: unkown user name or bad password.<br><br>I know for a fact that the user name and password are correct. For reference windows firewall is off.<br>
