Still getting this problem (http://talk.vncscan.com/forums/thread/2460.aspx) though.I tried to deploy to a new PC and then teh workstations group disapeared and the workstations.xml file was 0 bytes.I restored it to a previous version and all was fine again, but this happens at least 2-3 times a week.

So far so good here.
I loaded the new version yesterday and I can change preferences/support files locations, and add/change devices, etc...

For the last three or four versions, we have been having issues with our workstations.xml file getting erased when we add or change a workstation. Not everytime, but darn close.It just becomes a blank file and we then have no PC's in that group.We have it in a shared directory and four of our workstations point to it.It's worked well in the past, ...

We are in the process of replacing our PC's (IT only) with Vista x64 and this is the only thing holding us back.

It crashes on my PC when I click on preferences.
We have the jobs, groups, etc on a network share, so I can't even get to the point of doing anything else since I can't change where the support files point to.

In the latest version, we get New Managed Group & New Network Place, but no New Computer button.Yes, I know we can right click in the area to the right and click Add Computer, but it was better below the Managed Groups.

In the last couple versions, you've had folders, but they don't work as I'd expect.When I pull down the Remote Scripts or Custom Commands menus on the top of the managed list, they don't show up in folders. Just a big list. They do showup in folders in the Remote Script ''sidebar''.

So, I'm going to assume that you can't ''see'' the other computers and there must be a router that has a port open for RDP to the server.Either you could upgrade the routers, so the remote subnets would be accessible or what's probably easier/cheaper is to install UltraVNC's repeater.
