I think this happened after upgrading to XP Service pack 3 but i'm not absolutely sure.

When scanning single computer for VNC/RDP, result is false/false, even if VNC on remote pc is on and ports are open.
When select all computers and ''scan selected'', all computers become true/true, even if half of them doesn't run vnc.

I noticed, that if install ultrasilent vnc (ultravnc) the program don't create it's registry entries (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORL/Winvnc3/ is empty). After launching UltraVNC > Show default settings all registry entries for winvnc appears, including the encrypted password. You could export the entries from the registry and save

I had common situation and used HAMACHI to add the computers to a group and manage them... and it worked fine...

Hello.
My PC is on Windows XP SP2, client machine is on XP SP2 with ultrasilent VNC installed. If i use the regular VNCviewer (which comes with the ultrasilent package) to connect to the client, it works. With the same settings in the VENM i get the blue ''please wait''.
