Its the blue ''please wait'' screen.BTW if I go connect->VNC (thumbnail size) it works find except I have to do this for each computer seperately. THen I have on my desktop a thumbnail of 4 pc's simultaneously (seperate instances). But this is no where as good as having them in a new tab.thankssam
