I would try running VNCScan as Admnistrator. It shouldn't have this problem but I know that this is something that would fix it.

This is generally the the symptom of using a serial number that has had the free upgrade period expire to unlock a new version. The free upgrade period is one year after the purchase for regular admin licenses and two years for a site license. Hi Kanson, Yea, we're aware of that bug in UltraVNC. It is supposed to be fixed with their next version. The strange thing is that if you manually set that setting on the server, it works. It just seems to ignore it when set during deployment (sometimes).

Ha! Yea, we used to do that to each other in a Windows certification class that I took a few years ago. Every student was an ''Administrator'' on every computer in the classroom. Good times.
