I am having this exact problem now too. I am a domain administrator and I do have access to the computer. There is no firewall on the computer I'm trying to connect to either. Any ideas why I get a constant ''Please Wait'' screen and no actual screenshots?

Spiceworks is slow, it takes forever for it to scan a network and inventory it. Once it actually does it it's fairly nice.

jplunkett so you open a VNC connection to one machine (PC#1) from the
VNCScan console from PC#2 and another machine also with the VNCScan
console (PC#3) opens a connection to PC#1. As soon as PC#3 connects to
PC#1 it kicks out PC#2 from being connected to PC#1, then it will tell
PC#3 that there was a bad protocol and that it can't connect

Ok, lets see if I understand you right. If I set the QuerySetting to = REG_DWORD 0x00000000, instead of QuerySetting to = REG_DWORD 0x00000003, then it should always accept a connection and never query the user to accept the connection? When I do a remote install of UltraVNC using VNCScan everything seems to install fine and the first connection works great. But the next time I try to connect it prompts the user ...

If you switched to using an Access database format would that have any limitations for expandability or functionality? What about multiple users opening the same groups file that's in an Access database format, any possible ...

I'm using Build 2006.10.3.4 and had this problem happen for the very first time today. I had the program open the entire weekend and maximized it and everything was there. But my partner had the groups listed but no details except the computer name and IP address, missing was the comments, user, location and last profile. I ...

Thanks, it looks good! Would it be feasible to be able to drag and arrange the columns in any order? An example would be like having columns listed as: Host Name, IP Address, VNC, RDP, Location, Last Profile, Comments then User.I'm looking forward to editable profiles.
