    I bought vncscan because a fellow tech raved about it. I understand the author is probably overwhelmed, but if someone asks asimple question, I would expect SOME reply in no more than 1 week, if the tech support is founded on email or forums. The help doesn't address the questions I've asked or anything similar. Is there a FAQ that might help?.
