This feature was working fine until I downloaded the new version 29.2 Now it doesn't. It certainly goes through the motions, (ping, authenticating, finding last logged on user) but it displays nothing. this occurs on every computer in the domain and a couple that i tried not on the domain (just to chack if it was a group policy somewhere)
