    Several questions I'm needing some help with

    Our company recently purchased your console product.  I was very impressed by the amount of features that are packed into, and the price was an even nicer.

    When I checked it out, we had no issues with deploying to computers and being able connect to them later.  However once we purchased it early last month and deployed it to the department, we have been having issues with it.  Maybe they are related to the new version, I'm not sure.  Anyways, here is the list, I am hoping someone can respond with some answers to what may be going on and a possible fix.  Any possible help would be appreciated.

    1.  For instance, you go to connect to a host you've deployed to a few days before, and the viewer says that it's not installed.  To correct this, I've been redeploying to that computer, and just checking update settings only.  I was thinking that this would just reset any registry entries and update the ACL, but it seems to be copying all the files again.  This is an issue because most of our clients are WAN based, and because of that it's a slow process to have to send all of the files over to them again.

    2.  You connect to a host and the connection gets refused, usually either with unable to connect to host, or your missing a DSM plugin.  I've noticed that this happens to clients whom were previously installed to using the console, but the console itself doesn't have the profile deployed field filled in any longer.

    3.  Several times, mostly for remote users, when the groups or profiles location doesn't load correctly, it reverts back to the default location on the local machine with no error msgs.  This is correctible with the backup manager, but it only manages backups for that client, so if the location is shared, any work done to the shared group between the clients last backup and restore is lost because it was restored to that users backup.

    4.  You edit a group's properties to include a network address space, say to scan between 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.100 for this group, it doesn't appear on any of the other clients.

    5.  c:\temp\custom.cmd exited on 10.0.0.50 with error code -1073741510....When I process a group of clients to install to, I get this error, the script asks to exit and I tell it to continue and everything appears ok until the next time the error pops up.

    6.  Quite a few times I've had the script pause right after issuing the ICONS command, if I press CTRL-C and then say N to not terminate the script, it continues.

    I put a post in another forum here, but I got no response so I thought it would be best to repost here.  I thought that maybe it was being ignored because it was posted in the wrong section.

    Sneaking in a Feature request - We were wondering if it would be possible to divide groups into subgroups, say a Group named Corp that when expanded showed subgroups Acct Recv, Acct Pay, etc etc....
