I am having a issue when I connect to a PC that I have deployed UltraVNC to, it takes like 2 or 3 minutes before it will fully display the desktop and icons. I know about the video driver and I have made sure I deployed that when I did the deployment but to be honest I dont' see an improvement. I am having this issues on brand new Dell PCs and I know it should be way faster. Here is my setup and scenario to better explain what I am doing:
I am using a new iMac to RDP into a Windows 2003 Server (standard edition). Where I run Boztech VNC Console to connect via UltraVNC to a PC that is having issues. My RDP connection to the server is perfect with 0 delays but when I VNC the screen will take forever to load fully but once it does the mouse movement is flawless but any big changes to desktop (ie. Opening My Computer, Ctrl + Alt + Del, opening software) will "lag" me out until about 2 or 3mins later and then I run fine until I close the app/window.
Please help because honestly VNC does me no good if I have to wait 10min to fix 1 simple problem.
*Also I am running the newest version of FastPush and UltraVNC and I using the demoed setup configuration that vncscan.com showed on YouTube*
