When I import the OU from AD it imports into a new group fine. But when I scan the all the machines on the new group it just sits on scanning forever and doesn't do anything.

I tried importing from different OU and it still just doesn't scan any machines or scans the first few and sits there.

We are looking to purchase a few license for this but it seems to be extremely buggy. Crashes out every now and again.

I wonder if it is getting hung up on a particular computer in the list. Can you tell if it is always hanging up on the same computer in the scan?

What are the options that you have for the scan in the group properties?

Do all of the computers in the list have IP addresses listed?
